Portable, practical, powerful and, when needed, eye catching – the new IS-48 Active Entertainment System is a real ‘party animal’….perfect for mobile performers and entertainers. The system is quickly constructed from 3 interlocking column elements and an 8” active subwoofer.

This 8” active subwoofer unit is the heart of the system and delivers the amplification power up to the full range column element, and also hosts the versatile internal mixer and media player module.

Two of the column elements are for dynamic LED lighting effects. With four eye-catching modes (plus an ‘LED OFF’ mode) the IS-48 is a real ‘party animal’.

With SD card, USB and Bluetooth inputs plus IR Remote control, the system caters for all kinds of media… for all kinds of events. With easy TWS system pairing, its also possible to wirelessly connect 2 units of IS-48 together for a full stereo system.

Analogue mic and line inputs and internal mixing functions also mean that the system is versatile enough for anyone to join in!

CONNECT THE COLUMNS

IS-48 uses a 3-section column design.  Two of the 3 columns are used for the internal LED lighting.  The third column houses 4 x Full Range drivers.  The columns connect directly with inbuilt connectors.  Easy to set up – easy to pack away!

SUBWOOFER ENGINE

The “base” of the system (see what we did there?) is the 8.0″ active subwoofer.  Along with providing the bass, it houses the power amplifiers and mixer control for the system.  The columns connect directly to the top of this subwoofer meaning that no cables are required. 

WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY

Bluetooth connection is simple.  Just pair your mobile device with a single IS-48.

For a stereo system using 2 units of IS-48, the TWS mode allows for wireless stereo pairing.

Talking of wireless control…..

The IS-48 comes with a handy IR remote control too giving control over the internal media centre.
