The SuperKar+ is a dual-voice Karplus-Strong synthesis engine designed for musical expression and detailed sound design. It excels at creating realistic string tones as well as experimental, evolving textures, giving modular users a rich and highly playable sound source in just 12HP.
Two independent voices — Solo and Chord — offer separate shaping controls for attack, decay, damping, timbre and level. With up to 32 voices of polyphony and extensive CV modulation, SuperKar+ moves seamlessly between delicate plucks, resonant abstractions and dense, layered sonic beds.
