Alvarez Delta DeLite E Acoustic Guitar with Bag - Shadowburst
The Alvarez Delta DeLite E Mini might be small, but itβs got a tone and a style that punch well above its weight class! While the body is only slightly larger than a baritone ukulele, we assure you that this is very much a βproperβ guitar, as its full-size 1 3/4-inch nut width and 23 5/16-inch scale length can attest. This parlor-sized 6-string sports a responsive solid Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides, producing a dry, crisp sound that captures the tone and soul of depression-era blues fingerpickers. Whatβs more, the Delta DeLite E Mini offers exceptional playability and comfort due to its small size and the mahogany-on-Techwood neckβs versatile βCβ to βVβ neck profile, and the built-in SYS100 electronics make it a breeze to bring your sound up on stage. If youβre looking for a couch or travel guitar that can hang with the full-size acoustic crowd, look no further than the Alvarez Delta Delite E Mini!
Soft βVβ to βCβ neck profile
While most modern manufacturers have switched over to skinny βCβ-shaped necks over the years, the substantial heft of a classic βVβ profile! To merge the best of both old and new, Alvarez designed the compound soft βVβ to βCβ neck profile that starts off chunky but thins out as you slide up the neck. For guitarists who cover a wide variety of sonic styles, this shape delivers incredible flexibility, allowing for both slick upper-register bends and licks, while still comfortably filling out your grip at the base of the guitarβs neck.
Crisp and focused tone
Itβs no surprise that the Delta DeLite Eβs focused sound excels at old time delta blues, but this guitarβs crisp tone covers a truly impressive level of sonic ground. Fingerpickers will love how this parlor-sized 6-string features a decidedly full-size 1 3/4-inch nut width, coupled with the clear, direct tone of its diminutive body size. Whatβs more, spruce-on-mahogany is a classic tonewood combo for smaller guitars, imparting an airy resonance and warmth to the Delta DeLite E thatβs reminiscent of guitars twice its size!
