This guitar is a replica of Cobain's signature battered 1965 left-handed vintage Jaguar, the guitar he played in most of his band's gigs prior to the release of their iconic album Nevermind. The Jaguar has a solid, sunburst-colored body made of alder. This guitar has a black chrome Adjusto-Matic bridge and volume and tone control knobs as well as a classic Jaguar dual circuit design, and it features DiMarzio humbucking pickups and a modified lower plate with a three-way toggle pickup switch.
